Urquinaona is a small square next to Plaza Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. One of the most famous streets - Via Laietana - leads you to Port Vell, the old harbour.

There is nothing really special about this square, except it's center with Mediterranean plants and palm trees.

There is also a Metro Station connecting the yellow and the red metro line. This may be one of the most interesting facts, apart of some cheap fashion shops, restaurants and bars in the closer surrounding of Plaza Urquinaona.
